1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TShirtsFactory, operated by Yiwu Youziyi Apparel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "TShirtsFactory", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using www.tshirtsfactory.com or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

TShirtsFactory provides the following services to businesses and individuals:

• Factory-direct custom manufacturing of T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, and other garments;
• An online design tool supporting artwork uploads, text customization, and production previews;
• Sample production, cost quoting, and order progress tracking;
• International shipping and after-sales support.

We reserve the right to adjust our service offerings based on business needs, with advance notice provided via platform announcements or email.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require account registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not transfer or share your account;
• You are liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to credential disclosure;
• Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes your purchase offer. An order is considered confirmed once we have received payment and issued a production confirmation.

• Deposit policy: Custom orders typically require a deposit; the balance is due before shipment;
• Payment method: We accept PayPal for all international orders;
• Pricing: Confirmed order prices are not affected by subsequent price changes;
• Currency: All prices are displayed in USD; actual charges are processed in the currency agreed at checkout;
• Exchange rate: For orders invoiced in CNY, the buyer assumes any foreign exchange risk.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

• Pre-production cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full deposit refund;
• Mid-production cancellation: Orders already in production cannot generally be cancelled; if cancellation is necessary, you will be responsible for costs already incurred;
• Quality defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (not caused by your design), please submit photos or videos within 7 days of receipt; after verification we will offer a replacement or refund;
• Design-related issues: Dissatisfaction arising from errors in customer-provided design files or subjective color expectations is not covered by our return policy;
• Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this platform — including text, images, design tools, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to TShirtsFactory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Design files you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant TShirtsFactory a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; you bear full legal responsibility for any such infringement.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our original content is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using this platform, you must not:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Misrepresent yourself or deceive other users;
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations through technical means;
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization;
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.);
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you (address, phone number, design files);
• Damage or loss caused by third-party carriers during shipping;
• Minor color variations between printed output and on-screen displays, which are inherent to the printing process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any single order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Yiwu People's Court for litigation.

For international customers, we are also open to resolving disputes through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including international commercial arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via platform announcement or email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
